    I like this book because I am on a life time change. Regarding weight loss and food. I get so much information from all over the place. But I always go back to this book to double check the facts. In a way I you this book to cut out all the crap about weight loss out there. 😀

    This was an absolutely fantastic read, almost every single myth was one that I believed and in some cases had even propagated with authority. Especially the consequences of starvation and metabolic rates. Knowledge is power. Thumbs Up!

    Nice short read detailing a lot of information the author touts as fact or fiction. While he has his opinions, he makes it easy to read and make up your own mind. Im leaving this review because, as someone who likes to do things my own way, i read this without feeling intimidated or forced into his beliefs. Instead I feel like I have a few more things to think about.
