    As somebody who enjoys regular exercise, I have to confess that the attention to my dietary intake has, in the past, not always complimented the effort I've put into my exercise. Reset is an innovative short program which can give you great long-term benefits to your overall wellbeing. The program is clearly set out and very easy to navigate throughout ( I followed it on my i-touch). There are some really tasty creative meals you can cook too. As another review states, it is most certainly not a fad diet but a program involving simple steps, combining moderate exercise in conjunction with healthy eating. I would recommend Reset to anyone (at any level of fitness) whether you are just wanting to re-energise yourself periodically or to implement some straightforward and permanent changes to your diet and fitness. Give it a go!

    Inspirational. Well written, easy to follow, and encouraging at every stage. Delicious recipes, and varied activities help make this a realistic challenge. This is undoubtedly a must-have for every electronic bookshelf - can then be referred to at every venture (especially in those moments of weakness!). Can't recommend it highly enough.

    Great simple programme to follow. Other programmes that I've tried have involved complicated menus that I have no time to prepare. Programme has helped me not oly lose weight, but also look at life post program!

    I did reset a couple of times this year and last in paper copy, and felt amazing! Had loads of energy and found myself waking up actually wanting to get outdoors and do some exercise. Great to see it finally in iBook format will make it much more accessible and some great new recipes too! I will Definately be starting my 2012 with this!
