This book has given me better insight into Panic Attacks, it's helped me through an attack..
I was able to put into practice the breathing technique and distraction, now I know it's not a heart attack..
The panic attack is still scary but much more manageable.
It also helps me during an attack to go outside and walk it off, however there has to be someone with me, so this is not always possible.. Thanks again....great read...
Thank you this really helped me start to recover. Panic attacks very quickly came less frequent after having them most days! It also helped those who. I have told and who try and help me when I start to feel anxious and confused. Really recommend to any one who wants some easy but useful help
