    There is at least one recipe in here that has not been proof read. The kohlrabi and apple soup ingredient list does not contain any of the ingredients in the method or the name of the dish. Very annoying!!! Everything else is good but I was annoyed that it seems to be compiled carelessly.

    Was looking for a soup book to spice up my own soups and have finally found it. 300 recipes from really simple to smart enough to cook for a dinner party there are loads of lovely ideas here. Photos are fantastic too.
