    Spent ages choosing an Italian cookbook to help me recreate my recent summer holiday, and this does just that. I've found several of my favourite Italian courses here, and there's a lot of other stuff I can't wait to try. Am not a particularly great cook, but the recipes I've done so far are really easy to follow.
