    I found this book very interesting but fallible in parts. This is unfortunately the problem with most theory on psychology . We as humans have free will and therefore will always react according to our own needs hence our actions create the effect. Maslow's theory is great except when it comes to free will or people with disabilities like dyslexia. With dyslexia the person fails to self realise due to being socially disadvantaged. For example going out for dinner would become very stressful if they can not read the menu hence limiting there social interactions this in turn impacts on there ability to achieve in work also!

    A straight forward and easy to grasp book on maslow's famous human resource management and psychology theory. Perfect for new learners of business, with a set of new business vocabulary at the start of each chapter. However on a personal level, this book was too basic for me. But if you are an A-level or GCSE student, this could be a useful and informative book.
