If like me you just want a plain clear no nonsense summary then this is it. Whether you are new to Buddhism and just would like to know what it's all about or you are familiar but just want a handy reminder then this is it.

    This book was shorter than expected with more on meditation than Buddhism itself. That is why I deducted a star - I was expecting more information on Buddhism. The meditation section was really good though and all in all I would recommend this book, even if you're not into exploring Buddhism or spirituality. In my view; I takes ten minutes to read and quite possibly will give you "food for thought" for life!

    Very very nice. I have thought that meditation was about silencing audio and visual distractions for permeating the being but in doing this I have fallen asleep time and time again. Now I have a vision of what meditation really is and will start to practice on this way. May life be happy and peaceful. Matt - 24
